Want to reach us about something on ReflexApp.online? The fastest route is the community discussion area on this site. Every page has a discussion section where readers report out-of-date details, ask questions about the Reflex app, and compare reaction scores. Post there and we will pick it up.
What to tell us
Clear reports save everyone time. If you are flagging an error, tell us the page you were on, what the page says, and what you believe is correct. Version numbers and package names help a lot. For example, "the homepage lists Reflex as version 14.9 but Google Play now shows a newer version" is a report we can act on the same day.
Found a new app using the Reflex name? Send the tip through the discussions too. We keep a running watch on namesakes like Reflex!, ReflexTest and RTap so our disambiguation guides stay accurate, and reader tips are how we usually hear about new ones first.
What we cannot help with
We do not make the Reflex app, so we cannot fix bugs inside it, restore purchases, or access anyone's account or scores. For app problems, use the support route on the Google Play listing for Reflex by Kranus Company, package brain.reaction.concentration. That goes straight to the developer.
We also cannot help with ExploreLearning Reflex school accounts, homework logins or teacher dashboards. That program is run by ExploreLearning for schools, and your school is the right contact there. This site only covers it to explain that it is a different thing from the Android app.
Corrections and updates
Apps update often, and a version number that was right last month can drift. When a reader report checks out, we update the page and note the change in the discussion thread where it was reported, so you can see what changed and why. Questions about how we handle your information when you use this site are covered in our privacy policy.
Thanks for reading, and thanks in advance for any correction you send our way. Reader reports keep this small site honest.
